The lockdown in the Capital will be stricter than the earlier days from Wednesday onwards as the coronvirus positive cases have been on the ascent in the Capital. Kathmandu Police which had been capturing around 1,500 individuals in a day during the lockdown time frame, on Wednesday morning had just captured 2,500 individuals in the first part of the day hours.

Around 15,000 security powers from three security bodies – Nepal Police, the Armed Police Force and the Nepali Army – have been on the job in Kathmandu Valley to control undesirable human development and authorize the lockdown forced by the legislature.
